سياسة الاسترجاع
*يكون المتقدّم مؤهلاً لاسترداد المبلغ إذا قام بالإلغاء قبل الساعة 3:00 مساءً يوم الأربعاء من نفس الأسبوع الذي تبدأ فيه الدورة (أي قبل ثلاثة أيام من تاريخ بدء الدورة يوم السبت).
أهلية مبلغ الاسترجاع
- خلال فترة الأهلية: يحق للمتقدّم استرداد 50% من المبلغ المدفوع، بشرط أن يكون المشارك قد أتمّ كامل الدفع (باستثناء أي رسوم إدارية أو رسوم معالجة غير قابلة للاسترداد، إذا وجدت)، بما في ذلك الدفعات التي تمّت عبر "تابّي".
- بعد فترة الأهلية: لن يتم تقديم أي استرجاع تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.
- لن يتم إصدار أي استرجاع لأي متقدّم مسجّل في خطة الأقساط الخاصة بـ زادك.
- لن يتم إصدار أي استرجاع بمجرد بدء الدورة/الصف، بغض النظر عن السبب. ويشمل ذلك، ولكن لا يقتصر على، الحالات التالية:
- الطوارئ الشخصية أو التغييرات في اللحظة الأخيرة.
- عدم الحضور أو عدم إكمال الدورة.
- تعارض في الجدول أو مشكلات السفر.
- قيود المكان أو الوقت.
- مشاكل صحية / طبية (إلا إذا تم توثيقها)، وغيرها.
الشروط العامة
- يجب تقديم الطلبات كتابيًا إلى مكتب القبول.
- سيتم معالجة الاسترجاع خلال 30 يوم عمل من تاريخ الموافقة.
- يتم إصدار الاسترجاع عن طريق طريقة الدفع الأصلية فقط.
Refund Policy
*Applicants are eligible for a refund if they cancel before 3:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the same week the course begins (three days before the course start date on Saturday).
Refund Amount Eligibility
- Within the eligibility period: The applicant is entitled to 50% of the paid amount, provided the participant has completed full payment (excluding any non-refundable administrative or processing fees, if applicable), including payments made through Tabby.
- After the eligibility period: No-Refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- No refund will be issued to any Applicant enrolled in the ZADK Installment Plan.
- No refund will be issued once the course/class has started, regardless of any reason. This applies even in, but not limited to, the following cases:
o Personal emergencies or Last-minute changes. o No-shows or failure to complete the course.
o Scheduling conflict or Travel issues.
o Location or Time constraints.
o Health / Medical issues (Unless documented), etc. General Conditions
o Requests must be submitted in writing to the Admissions Office. o Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval. o Refunds are issued via the original method of payment only.
